For the family and friends looking after someone at home

Cover the week, together.

List the rides, meals, visits and overnights the week needs. Send one private link to the people who help. They claim what they can; you see the gaps before they happen.

No account, no email, no app. You get a private link.

How it works in three steps

  1. 1

    List what the week needs

"Ride to Tuesday appointment, 9:30, 2 hours." "Dinner drop-off, weekdays." Tasks only, never health details.

  2. 2

    Send the helper link

One private link for brothers, neighbors, friends from church. They pick their name and claim open slots.

  3. 3

    See the gaps early

Open slots stand out in clay. Coverage and each person's share of the load are counted for you.

Made for the way families really share care

Private by link

No accounts, no emails. Only people holding a link can open the circle, and only the organiser can change it.

Tasks, not records

Write "Ride to appointment", never the condition. The site asks for no health details and keeps none.

Fair, out loud

Everyone sees the same board and how many hours each person is giving, so the load stops falling on one person.

Honest about what it is

A planning tool. Not the County, not an agency. It sends no one and gives no medical advice.

The week board

Every slot, covered or open, at a glance

Each kind of help appears on the days it is needed, in time order. Helpers tap I'll take it; the organiser can assign anyone. Print the week for the fridge, or for the person you care for, so they know who is coming.

  • Coverage for the week, as a number and a bar
  • Open slots listed first, so they get noticed
  • Hours given by each helper this week
  • Replace the helper link any time it travels too far

Free for a small circle. $1.95 a month for a bigger one.

Questions

Is this a home-care agency?

No. Cuyahoga Care sends no caregivers and arranges no care. It is a shared schedule for the people you already have. For services, see public help.

Do helpers need an account?

No. They open the helper link, pick their name from the list you made, and claim slots. They cannot change the list or see your organiser link.

Does it send reminders?

No. The site sends no email or texts. Print the week sheet or check the board; each person sees their own slots highlighted.

Does it only work in Cuyahoga County?

The board works anywhere. The public help page is for Cuyahoga County.

What happens to our circle?

It stays until you delete it. A circle nobody opens for 400 days is deleted automatically. See privacy.
